GOODWILL AMBASSADOR CORPS
The Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador Corps is part of Copenhagen Capacity’s and Wonderful Copenhagen’s marketing strategy for the capital region.The purpose of the corps is to market the capital region abroad via personal relationships. The target group is decision makers in international companies, i.e. those, who have the final saying on international investments, choice of location or meetings, conferences, and congresses.
The idea of the corps is that Danish business people abroad are the best people to sell Copenhagen. They know "the product" and they have contact to the target group through their personal business network.
Goodwill ambassadors are all expatriate Danes and successful business people with access to a comprehensive network of leaders in the established and emerging industries.
The position of goodwill ambassador is honorary and the appointment is exclusive and subject to official approval.
